How To Register Your Ride


The pre-registration deadline for entering your car in the show has passed, but don't worry - you can still register in person out at registration pickup on Friday Oct. 18th from 4-6pm at Parc San Souci (201 E. Vermilion St.), or on Saturday Oct 19th out at the gates at the show at Blackham Coliseum (2330 Johnston St.) as long as your car qualifies!

Registration is $40 for each vehicle registered - included in your registration packet are:

  • one wristband (additional wristbands available for $10)

  • one windshield sticker for you car

  • commemorative dash plaque (for first 300 registrants) and other goodie bag items.

Your registration provides you and your car admission inside the gates on Saturday at Blackham Coliseum.  Put your windshield sticker on your car and your wristband on - and you are good to go.

Any additional wristbands needed for any other passengers for are available just $10 at the gate on Saturday (no advance sales). 
Kids under 12 are FREE.


Car registration is open ONLY to 1963 and earlier traditionally-styled american hot rods, custom cars and traditionally-styled bikes. No Imports, No VWs, No cars newer than 1963 - please make sure you fit these requirements or your registration will be rejected - no exceptions.

"Traditionally-styled" refers to a style of cars built in or reminiscent of hot rods and customs built in the 1940s, 50s or 60s. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any vehicle that we feel does not fit the direction of cars we want to feature at the show.

packet PICKUP

After you have registered and received a confirmation email from us - you will pick up your registration packet under your name that will contain a wristband for you and a windshield sticker for your car, along with some other goodies.

Bayou Round Up attendees can pick up their registration packets on Friday October 18th from 4-6pm at Parc Sans Souci (201 E. Vermilion St.) before the Downtown Alive! concert in downtown Lafayette. If you are unable to pickup your registration on Friday, they will be available at the gates of the show at Blackham Coliseum on Saturday October 19th.

Registration is limited to available space, and is non-transferable and non-refundable. The Bayou Round Up goes on rain or shine, there are no refunds.
